Crusades/Missions
EBOMI Ministries also operate an arm that facilitates the expansion and establishment of her calling in this generation through outreach ministries as Prayer Crusades are held across Nigeria and for now, and in the UK and the USA. By the third quarter of 2010, we believe God is leading us into the Asian continent.
Three aspects of our Crusade outreaches:
* The first one is usually organised by our branches in coordination with the headquarter.
* The Crusade Director from the headquarter visits the branch to supervise the level of preparedness to ensure the success of the crusade.
* Reports are submitted to the general Overseer for final approval or extension of time before the crusade.
When final approval is given for the crusade to take place, Missions students are sent ahead to work together with the branch. EBOMI ministries run a mission training school called EBOMI SCHOOL OF MISSIONS (ESOM). This training missions work has an academic session for a whole year, starting from June to May of the following year - when we would have had our Global Prophetic and prayer Conference at the headquarter in Jos, Nigeria. After the one-year academic work, Missions students proceed to the next face of training, which involves placements across Nigeria in various states where EBOMI has branch ministries in operation. These Missions students work along with the coordinators in establishing and discipling new converts who come to Jesus as a result of our crusades. This second face of training covers a period of one year too.
The Mission students are also sent ahead to each field we are to hold our prayer crusade two weeks in advance. While there ahead of time, the Missions students carry on with campaign work of mobilizing and saturating the area with banners and the distribution of handbills as they embark on intensive prayers - prayer mapping, prayer work and prayer warfare. As a result, satanic activities and the powers of darkness are subdued, and the grounds prepared for a mighty outpouring of the power of God.
The second one is when our General Overseer is led of the Lord to a specific city to hold a prayer crusade. In this case, the Crusade Director along with other appointed persons move to that place in advance to mobilize Churches/Ministries to partner with us for the success of the crusade. The Churches/ministries therefore mobilize their workers/members to be part of the organisation before, during and after the whole exercise.
The third aspect of our crusade is as a result of a personal invitation from Churches, Ministries to our General Overseer for programmes,
We are witnesses of the changes and transformation that are being experienced in communities, lives and families through the matchless power of the Holy Ghost.
The Crusades Directors and Missions Director come together to carefully and strategically work out the programmes for all our outreaches. They liaise with our Branch Coordinators on working out the logistics, the networking, and the success of such campaigns all through the year.
The Crusades and Missions are made up of a Crusade Team under the supervision of the Crusade Director. The Crusade Team is made up of Media, Technical, Supplication (prayer team), Magnifiers (Praise Worship team) and Marketing Team.
